The Kall8 Automated Attendant integrates your Kall8 number with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Our Customer Service department is available to help you program the system and record any custom messages needed. Completely hosted by Kall8, there is no hardware to buy or software to license and install.

A one-time $50 Setup Fee, and $25 Monthly Fee, is charged for each Automated Attendant you create.

Your call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance. Please wait while your call is being connected."

Secure voice conferencing allows you, and up to 10 associates, to have conferences any time you want and for as long as you like. It is not even necessary to schedule conferences in advance!
Call Conferencing capability is FREE with every Kall8 number. Per-minute toll charges acrue on your account for each conference participant.

Spend time more productively with real and potential customers by restricting calls to your number. Specify a region (state, area code, area code and prefix, or unique 10-digit number) from which to accept calls; or, accept calls from all areas except blocked regions. Even control how blocked calls are handled (recording, busy signal, voice mail).

The ability to uniquely customize the calling area is a FREE feature of every Kall8 number.

Control where calls to your numbers are answered:
Route calls to specific locations based on where they originate - state, area code, area code and prefix (6 digits), or complete number (10 digits). Set a schedule to route calls by time of day and/or day(s) of week. Distribute calls among locations or remote sales and service representatives. Automatically route calls to the location nearest the caller, based on the number from which they are calling.

The ability to custom route calls is a FREE feature of every Kall8 number.

Route your number to ring to your fax machine or, better yet, let Kall8 deliver the fax directly to your desktop via email. Pick up messages and contracts without going to the fax machine. Reduce paper use with electronic delivery and storage.

The Kall8 service is designed to be entirely self-managed via the secure web interface. Change where your Kall8 number(s) ring, update account info, add and remove numbers, control features, view invoices and more - all with the click of a mouse!

Tracking activity on your account and individual number(s) is easy with built-in Campaign Analysis tools. Assign a different Campaign Name and Kall8 number to each of your advertising or promotional campaigns and analyze the results. See calls in total volume and percentage per campaign; track call durations by campaign and average call length; input advertising costs and see ROI in cost per call. Compare this against your known average sale amount and customer acquisition cost to see how well a campaign is working compared to other media.
The ability to uniquely track activity in real-time on all your Kall8 numbers and your account, with secure online reporting, is FREE with Kall8.

You have the option of having voice messages emailed to your desktop or retrieving them online, FREE*. You may record your own personalized greeting, up to five minutes in length. Callers who hear your voice message may leave a reply, also up to five minutes in length. Messages are in the voice of the caller. Blocked calls, unanswered calls, or even all calls (without ringing your phone) may be sent to Voice Mail.
You may receive an unlimited number of voice mail messages every day. If you choose to retrieve your messages securely online and do not delete them, Kall8 will store only your 50 most recent voice mail messages overnight. No voice mail message will be stored longer than 30 days. If you regularly receive - or anticipate receiving - a higher volume of voice mail messages, be sure to retrieve your messages online the same day, or use the convenient email delivery method of retrieving all your voice mail messages as email attachments. This will ensure you never miss a voice mail message left on your toll-free number.

In addition to the FREE options of retrieving voice mail messages securely online or via email, you may also choose to retrieve voice mail messages on your Kall8 number by dialing your choice of two voice mail access numbers. For toll-free access in the U.S. and Canada, dial 1-866-763-7724 (1-866-7MESSAGE) or 1-800-488-9999. A 6.9¢ per-minute toll charge will be billed to your Kall8 account for voice mail access to all U.S. Kall8 numbers, whether they are toll-free numbers or local numbers. If dialing from outside the U.S. or Canada, or if you prefer to dial a local number to access your voice mail, dial 1-206-208-6245 (1-206-20V-MAIL). A $3 monthly access fee will be charged to your Kall8 account one time in any billing cycle you use the local access number to retrieve voice mail. Once connected using either number, simply follow the prompts to retrieve your messages.

Kall8's VoIP Termination service will deliver calls anywhere in the world at a substantial savings, using SIP protocol.
Kall8 is not an outbound VoIP service. Surprised? The Kall8 service and all its features are integrated components of proven, secure, traditional telephone switch hardware. To deliver calls VoIP, Kall8 must make a manual change to its systems specifically for your account, and charges a one-time $25 Setup Fee for this service. Using VoIP for call termination with Kall8 still offers all the same functionality and features; calls are just delivered VoIP.
