Address Lookup
Turning on Address Lookup enhances the call detail reporting tools of Kall8 by including the address of your callers, whenever it is available for a call.* This added information may be different than the Caller ID name and number because telephone service subscribers may choose anything to show as the Caller ID, whereas the address is always the information listed on the subscriber's account.

FTP Download of Recorded Calls
Now you can download your call recordings in bulk, rather than having to email them to yourself one at a time. With an FTP connection to our secure network, you have the freedom to transfer some or all of your call recordings directly to your computer.

Custom Calling Area
Once you select your own toll-free number, or move your current number to Kall8, you decide who can call it. Kall8's Customizable Calling Area feature allows you to choose where your calls can come from. Spend time on the phone more productively with real and potential customers by blocking certain numbers or areas from getting through to you. You pay only for the calls from within your chosen market area. Calls can be blocked according to state, area code, area code and prefix, or area code, prefix and number. Caller ID
Receive caller ID on all call records. Collect a database of people who call your toll-free number. Tie this in with your internal database, so you have the customer's file in front of you when you answer the phone.

Custom Routing
Control where calls to your numbers are answered with Custom Routing. Send calls to specific locations based on where they originate - state, area code, area code and prefix (6 digits), or complete number (10 digits). Set a schedule to route calls by time of day and/or day(s) of week. Distribute calls among locations or remote sales and service representatives. Automatically route calls to the location nearest the caller, based on the number from which they are calling.

Voice Mail
Send your calls to voice mail and receive the voice messages in a .wav file in your email. The voice message will be in the voice of the caller who left it.

Fax
Forward your toll-free number to your fax machine or, better yet, send it to your voice mail/fax system and receive your faxes directly by email. This way you can pick up your messages without going to the fax machine.

Account Tracking
